Hello Classmates, looking forward to seeing you in October. Some of you may already be aware of this. My father, Sigurd, who was your French teacher at PCSS, wrote an account of his 9 years in the German army, 1937-1946, beginning with earliest 1937 invasions into Austria and ending with his POW camp experiences, and finally coming home in 1946. A remarkable story he told but was never able to get published. In 2016 I self-published it with the help of Luanne Armstrong, who did a fantastic editorial job for me. I'm working the Resistance Museum in Berlin, to memorialize his contributions, there. I would like to bring copies to sell to those who'd like to read it. Send me a PM please, so I can plan to bring the right number of copies, in time to get a 3rd printing done if need be. Proceeds will be donated to "Wildsight", an environmental group that evolved from Sigurd's activities, way back! Thanks!, Ingolf
